Pictured is the shared living space, views from the living room, half bathroom, full shared bathroom, the bedroom you would be taking (it’s very spacious with big open windows viewing the city), laundry in-unit, and shared rooftop. The rooms are vastly different in size, and my current roommate and I split the rent $(roommate) since my room is much smaller, and utilities are split evenly.
