Hi! My name is Gabby, I’m y/o and I just graduated early from Drexel. I am looking for one roommate for ASAP move-in until August st of this year. I’m located in University City right by Drexel Park and a quick walk away from the Art Museum!! Pictured is the shared living space, views from the living room, half bathroom, full shared bathroom, the bedroom you would be taking (it’s very spacious with big open windows viewing the city), laundry in-unit, and shared rooftop. The rooms are vastly different in size, and my current roommate and I split the rent $(roommate) since my room is much smaller, and utilities are split evenly. I attached a picture of my room at the end for reference

There’s also an on- leasing office and they have been awesome, and you can park in the lot after 6pm when they leave and on weekends for free.

P.S. There’s no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor so unfortunately it’s not ADA accessible.
