Private bedroom and bathroom

Furnished bedroom with private bathroom and separate entrance in a quiet, nice neighborhood.
We are looking for a single respectful person who has an stable working situation , no pets sorry.
Someone who doesn't like to cook a lot since the kitchen is not shareable. You will have a kitchenette just outside your bedroom with an air fryer, fridge, microwave and some essentials. You would be living in the second floor with just 1 other person, a nice Lady who is almost never there.
All you see in the pictures it's included , the TV is the only thing that could be removed since it's not a smart TV , you could also use it with a fire TV stick ( not included) or something like that if you want to. Internet and all other bills are included.
Laundromat is literally ft away and there's parking in the street.
Available for May 1st.
