Hello my name is Eva! My roommate Mini and I are looking for a third roommate, preferably female, to fill our 3 bedroom apartment in Fairmount. The lease would start July 1st.

The rent is $ per person, not including utilities. It’s a 7 minute walk from Aldi and the subway, and it has an in-unit washer and dryer. The bedroom is in the basement and comes with its own bathroom. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe.

A little bit about us: I am a 5th grade teacher and Mini is a dental student. We are . We both prioritize neatness and cleanliness and are looking for that in a roommate. No smoking or pets.
