Hey girlies, my name is Kyra, i'm a student and a daycare teacher.I am looking for a roommate (females only). The room is in Philadelphia. The room is available ASAP. This a large bathroom duplex located in Mt. Airy. ( 3 minutes from Lovett branch memorial library). open to strictly roommates and friends!


Utilities are typically about $ each if split that includes (gas, electric, water, heat, internet)

The room is fairly large it has an electric door handle with a code and finger print scan.

The room does includes this failed mirror project of mines but I’m soon replacing the mirror.

there's a washer and dryer on sight, and a gas station 1 minute away which is very convenient

There is a shared living room I do use often but it’s big enough to share 😊

There is 1 bathroom but I keep it very clean and do keep the rest of the house clea
