Single Mom looking for a roommate

Description

I have a fully furnished and a half bath house. I'm looking to rent out the third bedroom. Ideally I am looking for someone who is kid friendly, pet friendly, and aware of celiac disease due to sharing a kitchen. The shared space consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, a playroom, laundry room, one and a half baths. We have two dogs who live with us and both are friendly and a huge part of our family.
