Hi! I have 2 rooms available in Valley Glen (near North Hollywood, minutes from Studio City). One is a large master suite ($) with private bathroom, the other is moderate size with shared bathroom ($) - but there is an additional half bathroom that’s always available as well. It’s a nice and modern 4-story house, with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. I live on the first floor but am rarely home due to work. The 3 other bedrooms are on the third floor, and no one is living in them yet. A year old woman may be taking one of the rooms, but not confirmed just yet. Looking for roommates currently, but looking for people who just want a peaceful, respectful, clean, and drama-free home life.The house has a nice private rooftop with great views, big kitchen (with new appliances and huge island for cooking), and in unit washer and dryer. I’m a working professional and will only be home nights of the week. I will be spending most of my time in another city where my daughter and wife live.
