Hi everyone! My roommate is moving out soon so I'm in search of a new female roommate starting October 1st.

• Located in North Hollywood near Toluca Lake + NoHo Arts District — central and convenient

• Complex has a pool + on- laundry + safe gated entry

• Plenty of safe street parking (residential area nearby)

• Living room is already furnished

🛏 The Room:

• Master bedroom + private en-suite bathroom

• Private balcony attached to the room

• $/month (utilities not included). We split electricity, water, sewer, trash, and internet — the total fluctuates a bit each month.

• Available October 1st

• Unfurnished

• Ideally looking for one person (not a couple), and preferably no pets but would consider them!

👭 Roommate:

• You’ll be living with me — I’m , a creative (filmmaker / photographer / musician). I work from home but I’m often away for filming and creative projects.

• I have one bedroom + a smaller middle room that I use as my office and small detached bathroom.

• I've lived in this apartment for years and I love it here!

📅 Lease Details:

• Month-to-month lease (ideally looking for someone who can commit to at least 6 months)

• No security deposit required

• Property management requires credit + background check (standard application process)
