The Master bedroom has great closet space, En suite bath with large Jacuzzi tub & separate large glass enclosure shower. Bathroom also has back door with direct access to fully fenced in private backyard with pool & jacuzzi.Common area's of the house include a big living room with wood burning fireplace, large (fully stocked) kitchen, dining room, den with glass patio slider and view of private backyard with large pool & Jacuzzi. Original wood & laminate flooring throughout the house. Laundry on premises.The other available room is a smaller room, but also a good size & great closet space, with a shared (with 1 other person) bath, just a few steps away from the bedroom door. for $ a month. All utilities including wi-fi are split equally between housemates. Parking: 2 spots under covered carport, on st serve basis. Good street parking & no parking restrictions.
