    •    One block from Ventura Blvd with grocery store, restaurants/bars, and shops

   •    Beautiful, natural light; room is on a corner of the building with multiple windows

I’m , work in fashion, and keep things pretty mellow at home. Looking for someone respectful and kind—just a solid, considerate roommate.

* If you are interested in parking, our unit has a secure parking spot in our gated lot, rent would be $ + utilities.
