We have a laundry and mail room in the other building on the property.My ideal roommate is willing to split cleaning tasks and responsibilities with me, is easygoing and responsible, doesn’t expect to have company stay overnight for more than a few days out of the month (at least most of the time,) is reasonably quiet and respectful & doesn’t come with more than pets (I have a cat named Bodhi!)Base rent will be $ for your half.
