My 4-year old son and I occupy the other bedroom. So you’ll be sharing kitchen and laundry room with one adult and one child. My son’s dad often visits us but he doesn’t stay overnight. I don’t smoke anything, occasionally I may have a glass of wine but no party and no overnight guests. I am looking for the same.
