About the house
The house is a nice, spacious house in the Highlands. We have a driveway that can fit three cars, a large backyard with seating, and a garage for storage. There is a washer and dryer in the house. We have a shared living room, dining room, and kitchen.

You’ll be sleeping in the basement bedroom which has large windows and a good bit of natural light. You’ll split a walk-in closet with Sam in between both of your bedrooms. I’ve lived there the last 3 years and enjoyed the spot.

The house is furnished, but the bedroom will not be.

About the roomies

During the week, I work remotely from home Mon-Fri and may go out at night to perform comedy or meet up with friends. Sam is in office Mon-Fri and sometimes plays pickleball. On the weekends, I’m either bouncing around LoHi area or hiking/skiing. Sam hikes/skis almost every weekend.
