Looking for one roommate

Looking to fill one bedroom of my bath condo.
I am a yo female who works from home in the tech industry. I am super clean, easy going and respectful. I have a dog who is a mutt and 2 years old. She will be living with us. If i am not working, I am probably in the mountains hiking / camping / backpacking or at raves. I am trying to find one roommate I could share the house with who are clean, respectful and I get along with them. Open to meet, show the house and get a coffee to get a better idea of each other. No smoking in the house but we do have a sweet patio we could decorate and chill in.

I have one more person in the upstairs bedroom, She is a yr old female who works and goes to college. So she is pretty busy and usually keeps to herself.

The Area:
- Very nice, quite neighborhood on Huron and th Ave
- 5 minutes from shopping centers
- Easy access to Highways US-
- minutes to downtown Denver, minutes to Downtown Boulder, mins to Denver International Airport, one hour away from the mountains.

About the home:
- bath
- sq ft living space, backyard
- Laundry in the house.
- You will be sharing a bathroom upstairs with the other roommate.
- Can allow one more pet, so first cum first serve. ($ non refundable pet deposit and $ /month pet rent)
- Plenty of roadside parking available and the driveway
- Niver Open Space Trail head down the street for biking and jogging.

Lease:
- Rent $/month
- month lease
- Gas, internet & water to be split between three roommates (usually in summer and in winter)
- Security deposit of one month's rent + first month's rent due on move-in.

- Visitors will not be frowned upon as long as everyone is respectful.

- 1 bedroom available at the upper level and you will be sharing the bathroom with one other female.
