MOVE IN DATE SEPTEMBER THHey all! Me and my friend/roommate (referred to going forward by his name, Josh) are looking for a third housemate! The room for offer is on the smaller side but has the best heater in the house, so winters are very very cozy. There's about outlets (we have extension cords/power strips) and a decent sized closet. We have 2 bathrooms, one on the main floor and one upstairs, although the upstairs bathroom is my personal one, I have no issues sharing whatsoever. There's 2 parking spots that are included in the lease and we can park in the adjacent dead end street Pearl. The house is about a block away from the common and downtown areas or Franklin. Theres no washer/dryer but there are multiple laundromats less than 2 min away. Josh and I are very friendly and open members of the LGTBQIA+ community and welcome any and all gender identities/sexual orientations! We also have a cat Xena, who is an absolute goofball so cat lovers are in for a treat! Trash day is on Tuesday and snow removal is included in the lease as well! Also! aware that the move in date is CRAZY soon but we had a roommate tell us they're moving out in a month and we are scrambling to find someone to fill the room.
