Is located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood that’s cozy.

There’s an attached garage space for tenant, access to laundry room, and security system at home too. Has central AC and heating. Have reverse osmosis water for the kitchen sink, so totally pure and completely filtered water here.

Near many fast food, sit down restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. Located near various parks, which are great for hiking, biking, canoeing and kayaking, and winter sports during the winter season. Has glorious fall leaf colors in the autumn too.

The room that’s being rented is with a closet, window, outlets, shades, and ceiling fan.

It’s a 3 month starting lease, which could be extended hopefully if living situation is good for everyone.
