We need a new roomie!

We are two teachers looking for a new roommate to move into our third bedroom! We are so sad to see our current roomie go and are hoping to find someone we can create wonderful new memories with! We definitely like to socialize but need and respect alone time as well! One of us is sporty and the other is artsy, but we both love discussing culture/society and being very silly and goofy.
