Hello! I am looking to fill a room in a Tigard/Metzger area house starting on September th! Here’s the room and house highlights:- Includes twin-sized bed, dresser, desk, desk chair, tall bookcase, lamp, and closet. - Bathroom is right next door and shared with one other roommate.- Shared kitchen (with cooking utensils and kitchenware), living rooms, and laundry.- Backyard with outside table and garden (managed by a roommate).- Parking for a car and individual storage space in the garage- No pets or furry friends please- Roommates mostly keep to themselves due to busy and conflicting schedules, but are willing to chit-chat and have casual conversations with one another.- Occasional house guests are announced beforehand, but there is no loud parties, drugs, or excessive alcohol use. - Winco, Costco, and Walmart across the street, and Washington Square Mall only a minute drive away.- Looking for someone who is female-identifying and respectful of living in a shared home.
