This unit has hardwood floors throughout the primary living spaces, a large living room, full kitchen, dining room, den inc a flat screen TV and two balconies; small. Both current residents have low key and warm dispositions. No drama here. This rental does not allow pets. Walk or bike to the beach and top notch dining and shopping within minutes. We have free trolley service to anywhere on the peninsula, assigned parking, a tennis court and three brand new pickleball courts with an active pickleball club, 2 private swimming pools, one heated year round, both with jacuzzis & showers & bathrooms, full gym with new equipment, private pilates & yoga classes available to residents and hour surveillance security.
