Hello! We are a group of three girls looking to replace a roomie who is moving out with her boyfriend to SF
We are looking for someone:
- in their late twenties/ early thirties
- No kids, pets, or couples (landlord’s rules)
- Full time job/school
- Laid back, easy to get along with
- Long term lease, minimum one year
- Available September

Room comes with a closet and a shared bathroom. Spacious living area, and garage parking. Shared fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and oven included

All the girls have their own schedule and work in different sectors. We get along well with roomie nights every now and again (wine, takeout, etc) we are looking for someone to fit the vibe.
