Looking for a clean, respectful roommate to rent the bedroom in a bath bottom -unit apartment( just two house in from the beach) in Newport Beach.

The Room:
• approx ’
• shared full bathroom with tub/shower, sink, medicine cabinet & lots of storage. Additional storage in hallway
• normal sized closet with full length mirror
• overhead light
• bedrooms are upstairs

The Apartment:
• bottom unit in a duplex
• front patio
• Garage is used for storage (bikes, beach chairs, surfboards etc) so that spot is technically taken but there is a spot in front of the garage that is shared equally.
• Full kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher & microwave.
• In-unit washer & dryer
• downstairs half Bathroom
• 2 houses in from the beach

Looking For:
Ideally someone around late s, female, a working professional who's clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces and noise. Not looking for a party house, but coming home late occasionally is totally fine. Ok splitting basic house chores like taking out trash, cleaning common areas, etc. No dogs or cats allowed

Move-in starting in October. First month’s rent and security deposit due at signing.
