Please note that while the unit itself is fully furnished, the bedroom for rent is not. This unit has hardwood floors throughout the primary living spaces, a large living room, full kitchen, dining room, den inc a flat screen TV and two balconies; small. Both current residents have low key and warm dispositions. No drama here. friendly if vaporized. This rental does not allow pets. Walk or bike to the beach and top notch dining and shopping within minutes.
