On the first floor is the kitchen, a shared space, the laundry, and my bedroom. On the second floor are two bedrooms, of unequal size. The smaller is $, the larger is $. The upstairs has two full baths and another shared space (some of which can be dedicated for whoever has the smaller room). I’m a year old professional non-binary/genderqueer person, so roommates must be LGBTQ+ friendly. The house has one cat and that’s all it can have. Optional off street parking for $ a month. All utilities extra and shared between the roommates. I’m a firm believer in clear and open communication.
