The apartment is a very quiet and relaxing place with lots of natural sunlight.

The bedroom for rent is not furnished, but has private bathroom, outdoor porch access, and large closet. Located within a five-minute walking distance of the Market-Frankford Line, several grocery stores, and restaurants. UPenn is a fifteen-minute walk, Drexel is about twenty-minutes. Street parking available.
