The room that’s being vacated is h of the coolest rooms I’ve ever seen in a house, and it could be yours! It has vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub (separate from the shower) and a fireplace that’s connected to both the bedroom and the bathroom, so you can enjoy it just as easily from the tub as you can from the bed. It’s also on the third floor, which means plenty of airflow and a safe, secluded feeling surrounded by trees.As for the rest of the house, we have a big open-concept second floor with living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, another fireplace, and a small deck on each end. The second floor is completely furnished with chairs, couches, TV center/games, etc, and there's an alcove that's perfect for use as a workspace/desk. The bottom floor has a third bedroom and bathroom as well as the garage, though the bedroom is one of my workspaces so it isn't available for living.
