Bedroom in a shared townhouse for rent with my family and I. There is a separate bathroom (but it would be yours since no one else uses it) rent includes utilities, no animals (currently have cats/dogs in the house that are kept in private spaces. Available Sept. 1st. We are a couple with two kids (working during the week and either outside or in our own rooms) on the weekend. friendly. We are generally up around am and to sleep around pm. There is a large kitchen, front and back patios, and close proximity to parks and public transit
