We are looking for someone to fill an empty room in our house! It’s a big place with a large fenced in backyard and a back deck. The building is shared with a store, so access to the backyard and house is through a large gate (see the right side of the first picture). The house was built a long time ago, the walls are thick and it’s easy to keep the room a comfortable temperature. We have a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a dishwasher. All the major appliances have been replaced in the last few years, with the exception of the dryer which still works well. The lease is month to month.

Very nice bath townhome style apartment. Has a pool and a jacuzzi and a gym. Very cozy great location in the tanasbourne area. If u need a safe cozy place to stay this is the spot.
