I'm super chill and easy to live with I am not trying to have 2 people move in just one and so if you have a significant other this might not work for you. Also if you are tall this probably won't work because the room is not that tall and it's upstairs. And the room has a brand new bed already in it. I have no pets

Includes architectural style glass desk, bed and mini fridge. You have use of kitchen (as long as you clean as you go), and lots of appliances.Garden space is just beginning.You can do any organic gardening you like. Will consider 1 no shed dog or even small light shed . Must be fixed with shots not chase the cat.. $ deposit.There is a no shed dog and a cat in the house.There are a few “make it better” projects going on. We have a room available Oct st at our big old cozy house in St Johns.Room opening up is a room upstairs, Two people live downstairs and three upstairs with their own bathroom on each floor. The house is very mellow. We all work different schedules and do our own thing in our free time, passing ships in the night with occasional chats in the kitchen or hang outs on the porch . This house has been a long term rental for me , I have lived here over 8 years, it can be a more long term or temporary situation for you depending on what you are looking for . House has brand new washer and dryers, super fast fiber internet, and nice big kitchen with lots of room for cooking and food storage. We are also a few blocks off from a tri met bus line and around min walk to downtown St johns.Our ages range from mid twenties to early forties, he/she/they/them. We are looking for friendly, reliable, and gets along in a group living situation easily. We currently have 3 cats and are at max capacity for cats .- Lease is month to month.
