We have a room available Oct st at our big old cozy house in St Johns.

Room opening up is a room upstairs, Two people live downstairs and three upstairs with their own bathroom on each floor. The house is very mellow. We all work different schedules and do our own thing in our free time, passing ships in the night with occasional chats in the kitchen or hang outs on the porch . This house has been a long term rental for me , I have lived here over 8 years, it can be a more long term or temporary situation for you depending on what you are looking for . House has brand new washer and dryers, super fast fiber internet, and nice big kitchen with lots of room for cooking and food storage. We are also a few blocks off from a tri met bus line and around min walk to downtown St johns.

Our ages range from mid twenties to early forties, he/she/they/them. We are looking for friendly, reliable, and gets along in a group living situation easily. We currently have 3 cats and are at max capacity for cats .

- Lease is month to month. Rent is $ per month and around $ a month utilities during the winter and usually about half of that during the warmer months

- Landlord requires a basic background and a credit check that costs $ before someone can move in (decent credit score and solid income required)
- All roomates pay their own rent through the property managers
