Private bed/bath in Cooper Mountain

Description

We have a bedroom and private bath on the top floor of our home in Beaverton available for rent. Rent is $/month, includes utilities. Vehicle and/or other storage in the garage is available. Optional utilities are a cable box (we have Xfinity cable) for $/month and cleaning for $/every other week (our housecleaner comes every two weeks).

The room:
Private second floor bedroom with closet, west-facing window, and private bathroom with shower/tub. Bedroom flooring is wood-look vinyl, installed last year. There is currently a queen bed in the room with storage in the frame (IKEA MALM bedframe) and a nightstand and mirror. Overhead light is a ceiling fan with remote control.

Who we are:
L (she/her), J (he/him), and B (he/him, middle school age) live in the home, and S (she/her) is our permanent tenant in the basement who shares the common areas. There are a total of two golden retrievers and four cats in the home. If you are not a pet person, this is not the house for you. L and J both work corporate jobs remotely and S is disabled (so we're all home a lot). We are clean, relaxed, conscientious roommates, and welcoming to all (LGBTQ-friendly).

The house:
We own the house (i.e. not a sublet). It is + square feet and three stories and has a large forested backyard. The bedroom and bathroom are on the top level. Shared common areas include the recently remodeled kitchen, living room, family room, powder room, laundry room, and top outdoor deck. Common areas are all located on second and top floors.
