The neighborhood is great with the right suburban vibes but you can totally walk on down to Ventura blvd within 5 mins on beautiful streets filled with purple Jacaranda trees. There are bars, restaurants, Ralphs, wholefoods, trader joes, and a mall all within 2 miles of the house.The utilities are split 3 ways and can range between per month depending on the year. A little about me, I am a professional in the movie industry and have more hobbies than I can count. I like to keep the vibes at the house very chill with no drama and being respectful of your roommates. I have lived in this house for 8 years now and love the area and house. It is built into a hill so every room has amazing views of the valley. I have a great relationship with the landlord.
