Hi, I’m Nnenna (rhymes with henna), and I’m looking for 1 person to move into the 2nd
bedroom in my bath apartment. Commit to 6 months then it’s month-to-month afterwards. Girls, gays and theys only please 🙂

Looking for someone clean, employed and considerate (shared responsibility of vacuuming, sweeping, trash.. you get it.) Move in is between now and September 1st. The room is empty and I can be flexible. Rent is $ and utilities are roughly $/person. LADWP is due every other month, so it’ll usually be around $/person.

Located near Barnsdall park, Los Feliz, and the massive Kaiser. Shared parking spot. Street parking is hit or miss, more hit than miss. I’d say it’s better than Silverlake on a weekend afternoon, but not as good as the valley.
