Hi! I’m looking for a young professional woman to take over my open room in an
apartment in Silver Lake (available Sept 1).
The roommates are pretty chill and laid back female grad students/creatives looking for another female roommate with similar energy.
The in-unit amenities include access to a dishwasher, washer & dryer, and a rooftop with scenic views of LA. You’ll have access to a shared bathroom. There’s also a two-car garage rotated among my roommates (but there’s plenty of street parking, so it’s never a stressor). Unfortunately, cats and dogs aren’t allowed.
The complex has a gated entrance, a pool, and a jacuzzi. It’s pretty centrally located and within walking distance to groceries (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Gelson's), restaurants, and recreational activities (Silver Lake Reservoir, Griffith Park).
