Hi! I’m looking for a roommate (Females only) in my bath Backhouse in Atwater Village (very close to Glendale, Eagle, Rock, Silverlake, Los Feliz, Glassell Park). Private bedroom with your own bathroom is available! Large kitchen, dining, and living area. Garage with lots of room for storage that includes a full gym setup and washer/dryer! Small back patio. Near lots of walking distance stores and restaurants. Very open to friendly pets! $ per month. I (F) will be the only other renter--I am a nanny and work out of the house.
