Private bedroom with your own bathroom is available! Large kitchen, dining, and living area. Garage with lots of room for storage that includes a full gym setup and washer/dryer! Small back patio. Near lots of walking distance stores and restaurants. Very open to friendly pets! $1400 per month. I (33F) will be the only other renter--I am a nanny and work 8:30-5:30 out of the house.
