We would ideally like someone to stay full year and you do not need to be on the lease. The apartment is kept clean and tidy, and we would like to have someone who will consistently upkeep in all areas of the home. Our wonderful roommate is moving to Puerto Rico and hoping to find someone by next month! She is also open to selling furniture, so please let me know if you would be interested in that. We do have a small dog in the house so we are not open to anyone with other pets. Being a dog lover is a must!
