The neighborhood is really nice with plenty of grocery stores, cafes and bodegas. Lots of restaurants and bars are just a short walk away as well as historic Prospect Park and Kings Theatre.

A quick subway ride from the Brooklyn Museum and Barclays Center- you have access to all the best parts of Brooklyn! minutes to Downtown Manhattan and minutes to Midtown by 4 different lines ( & B/Q)

This is a converted one bedroom apartment with the living room now serving as my room.

I have a very sweet older cat who loves people but will need to be the ONLY animal in the apartment.

I like things tidy and organized. I would like my roommate to be open to a shared cleaning schedule or be willing to split the cost
for monthly professional cleanings.

The most important thing- I’m looking for a respectful roommate with stable income. No guarantors or credit check required, just 1st month and deposit to move in.
