In search of someone to take over my portion of the lease for a bath apartment in the Cast Iron Lofts in Jersey City. The apartment currently has two other female occupants in their early/mid-s who have been amazing roommates!

Move-in date: Between September
Lease expiration: June
Monthly Rent: $ + utilities/wifi ~$

About the space:
- The room comes with a private attached bathroom and large walk in closet, with great sunlight and a view of the city. (Master bedroom in layout)
- The apartment also has an in unit washer/dryer.
- We use the den as a storage/pantry room, so there’s a lot of space!

Building Amenities:
- Free shuttle to Hoboken PATH station
- Rooftop pool, BBQ area, various resident lounge areas
- two gyms & yoga studio
- concierge and package room
- pet friendly (has a dog run in apartment)
