Looking to sublet my room in a 2 bed apartment from the end of September for the remainder of the lease (to ). You will be living with one other year old professional. The room gets a lot of light and is a great area. It’s on the 5th floor in a building with an elevator. Utilities not included. No washer/dryer in the building but all other basic amenities available. The room came unfurnished but I’d be willing to sell some furniture also. No pets allowed also.
