Free parking in the driveway in the back, shared with the upper unit. Near plenty of bus routes and the light rail. Washer and Dryer in the basement shared with upstairs unit. Has a currently unused garden plot. Close by Eat Street, Lake Street, & Lyndale. LGBTQ & Grass friendly. We have 2 kittens so we prefer to not add anymore big free range animals.
