Hello all, my roommate Rose and I are looking to add a third person to our current lease, we’ll be renewing in October. The place is a Duplex, bottom unit, 3 bedroom in the Whittier neighborhood near Uptown. The shared spaces are fully furnished (minus dining chairs lol). Free parking in the driveway in the back, shared with the upper unit. Near plenty of bus routes and the light rail. Washer and Dryer in the basement shared with upstairs unit. Has a currently unused garden plot. Close by Eat Street, Lake Street, & Lyndale. LGBTQ & Grass friendly. We have 2 kittens so we prefer to not add anymore big free range animals. Wouldn’t mind reptiles or rodents in your room.
