Hello,so the apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex. The apartment is sq ft and the room is ft. The apartment complex is very safe and the landlord is like neighborhood watch around here,so not much trouble or crime. I am looking for someone that is well cleaned and can clean up after themselves,no excuses. I also don’t deal with drama nor BF/GF drama. So keep it out of the apartment. I do have a 5 year old cat but she is a sweetheart with others.
