In search of 3rd roommate!

Hello! My name is Karla and my friend Elmer and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to move in with us! Our 3rd roommate is moving out by September 1st and are looking for someone to fill his spot by then or if needed can move in before that date as well! You will have a private bedroom and will share a .5 bathroom with Elmer. We have a full bathroom as well which
will be shared by all 3 of us since it has the shower. Elmer and I are both very chill! I’m a homebody and rarely go out but I love it when I do. I mostly just work, go to the gym, and do school. Besides that I love rotting at home watching tv lol. Elmer is mostly the same, he works, goes to the gym as well and he loves to play video games which you will probably hear him yelling in his room sometimes because of it Lol! Besides that it’s a pretty quiet house! We are very welcoming and are very consistent on keeping the house clean! Let me know if you have any questions!:)
