Hi! We have two rooms available in a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath space in Echo Park (very close to Downtown). It's an independent unit, with no upstairs or downstairs neighbors. The space used to be a law office and then a restaurant so it has a unique and fun layout. Very chill street and area too, close to the freeway, and with shopping, restaurants and parks nearby.Room 1 with a bathroom is available on August 7.Room 2 is available on August 31.Both rooms are offered as a sublease and I'd prefer to sign a 6 or 10-month agremeent ideally (until my lease is up), although a shorter sublet could be considered.The apartment has gated parking. On the first floor there are 4 rooms, a big living room with lots of bright light during the day and a half bathroom attached to it. On the basement we have a fully renovated and spacious kitchen with fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc., a dining area, another living space with a big TV and a large shared bathroom with washer and dryer.You can have privacy in your room or make use of the shared spaces, depending on your mood. Water/plumbing covered by the HOA. - amenities: W/D in unit, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, LOTS of kitchen storage, hardwood floors, parking spot- your bedroom: slightly smaller than mine, but still has own closet and bathroom.
