Condo in Hollywood - Media District

Description

I have a room and bathroom available for rent. The space is a bath condo in Hollywood (near Santa Monica Blvd. and Highland Ave.). One room is rented and the other will be available August 1. The room is a good-sized bedroom with an en suite (private) bathroom with walk-in shower, and large closet. The common spaces are shared with the existing tenant (Abi is her name and she is a young professional in the creative field.). Utility expenses (electricity, gas, internet) are shared with the other roommate. I would like a minimum lease term of 6 months.
