Hi! We have two rooms available in a .5 bath space in Echo Park (very close to Downtown). It's an independent unit, with no upstairs or downstairs neighbors. The space used to be a law office and then a restaurant so it has a unique and fun layout. Very chill street and area too, close to the freeway, and with shopping, restaurants and parks nearby.

Room 1 with a bathroom is available on August 7.
Room 2 is available on August .

Both rooms are offered as a sublease and I'd prefer to sign a -month agremeent ideally (until my lease is up), although a shorter sublet could be considered.

The apartment has gated parking. On the first floor there are 4 rooms, a big living room with lots of bright light during the day and a half bathroom attached to it. On the basement we have a fully renovated and spacious kitchen with fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc., a dining area, another living space with a big TV and a large shared bathroom with washer and dryer.

You can have privacy in your room or make use of the shared spaces, depending on your mood. We cultivate a respectful atmosphere where everyone values keeping the home clean and tidy and we are very respectful of each other. The atmosphere is great always and we value keeping it that way.

Room can be furnished with a bed, open closet, a desk, etc. or unfurnished. Up to you.
