Room for rent in Koreatown

We have a private room for rent in our peaceful contemporary home in Koreatown. The bathroom is regularly shared with one other person and the kitchen is shared with two others. Ideally, we are looking to rent to someone who is responsible, courteous, and fine with animals (cats). We tend to look out for each other here so we’d like to rent to someone who does their part and cleans after themselves regularly. While renting you will have access to a parking spot in a garage carport, protected by an automatic gate. Wi-fi included. Women preferred. LGBTQIA+ safe. No couples.
