They are a little small, but very efficient, so you might have to do more loads than usual.I ask new roomies to be friendly, polite, considerate, clean, pick up after yourselves. (i.e., don't leave dishes in the sink. Just wash them when you're done.) Be reasonable about noise level, especially between am. NON SMOKERS. Also, LGBT friendly.
