Our primary bedroom (w/ balcony), bath, and office room (not pictured yet) are available starting September month lease. The home is in Leschi/Madrona neighborhood in the central district. Quick walk down to lake Washington. The fully furnished home has laundry in the basement, a backyard, and a hot tub. To get to UW, I either take the bus or bike.
