I’m seeking others with a similar desire to live in a safe, clean, peaceful, drama free environment.Emphasis will be on finding the right person / compatibility.I’m looking to sublet a private downstairs bedroom; (extra large w/closet) and a private upstairs bedroom ( large w/closet) with an additional amount of additional indoor storage, and access to a detached garage with room for a bike/scooter etc.. The laundry room, dining room and kitchen (with breakfast nook) is shared, with available dishes, silverware, cookware and utensils to use. The bathroom is also shared, is always super clean and tidy, and I'm very flexible about accommodating shower times. The deck and yard are great places to hang out in on sunny days.
