Hi, I'm Jaysun (he/him), yo with two sweet Boston Terriers with 2 rooms available in my bath home. I am a very mellow, quiet, tidy and work oriented professional that often works from home, and spend many weekends away. I’m seeking others with a similar desire to live in a safe, clean, peaceful, drama free environment.
Emphasis will be on finding the right person / compatibility.
I’m looking to sublet 1 private downstairs bedroom; (’ w/closet) and a private upstairs bedroom (' w/closet) with an additional amount of additional indoor storage, and access to a detached garage with room for a bike/scooter etc.. The laundry room, dining room and kitchen (with breakfast nook) is shared, with available dishes, silverware, cookware and utensils to use. The bathroom is also shared, is always super clean and tidy, and I'm very flexible about accommodating shower times. The small deck and yard are great places to hang out in on sunny days. The rest of the house is predominately occupied by myself, but the dogs and I welcome company to hang out with or watch shows when you're feeling social.
Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.

Sublet agreement will be provided for month-to-month rental
